Check NMMC CC & OC Approvals

Ensure the Commencement Certificate covers your floor and Occupancy Certificate is available before possession. Avoid fit-out possession without OC.

Confirm Clear Land Title

Ask for clear CIDCO allotment, transfer, or freehold documents. Don’t accept vague answers about land history or CIDCO transfer charges.

Visit Completed Projects

Inspect older buildings by the developer. Check for leakage, parking quality, lift performance, and society handover status.

Get Written All-Inclusive Pricing

Request a detailed cost sheet with all charges—parking, GST, stamp duty, registration, maintenance, and any CIDCO/NMMC fees. Avoid verbal promises.

Talk to Existing Residents
