Our project was delayed for over **four months**, with repeated excuses and missed deadlines. Even after making almost the entire payment, the work remained incomplete. We were never given a proper handover of the house. Instead, we pressured to hand over the keys before our Griha Pravesh so work could continue later. We ended up living in the house for more than a month while the work was still unfinished, and even then many items were left incomplete.
Several features and finishes that were promised during discussions were either never provided or were replaced with lower-quality alternatives without our approval. The overall design quality did not meet our expectations. In fact, we found ourselves having to suggest and monitor most of the design decisions ourselves, which defeats the purpose of hiring an interior designer.
The workmanship has been extremely poor. Within a very short period, we started facing repairs. The laminate (Sunmica) has already started peeling off, wooden furniture is damaged, and the main entrance door has never locked properly since installation. These are basic quality issues that should never occur in a newly completed interior project.
Another issue was the constant need to follow up for every small task. Nothing seemed to happen unless we repeatedly called or reminded them. Despite taking almost the full payment before completion, the remaining work was never finished satisfactorily.
We also handed over a damaged geyser that had been installed so it could be replaced, but we never received the replacement back.
