Before 2016, Panvel, a bustling gateway to the Konkan region, had plenty of traditional markets and local shops, but it lacked a single, modern destination for a complete family outing. Residents often had to travel towards Vashi or other parts of Navi Mumbai for a premium mall experience, a day of brand shopping, multiplex movies, and diverse food court choices all under one roof. The arrival of Orion Mall changed everything. Inaugurated in 2016, Orion Mall wasn’t just another building, it was a landmark that felt like a new era of lifestyle and entertainment for the city. As Panvel’s first fully-integrated shopping and leisure hub, it instantly became the go-to destination for everything from daily grocery runs to celebratory dinners and blockbuster movie nights. It transformed the local landscape, offering residents a taste of metropolitan convenience right in their own neighbourhood. Also Orion Mall is the closest mall to Navi Mumbai International Airport, in Panvel.
