Stamp Duty in Navi Mumbai (NMMC & Panvel) is governed by the Maharashtra Stamp Act. Unlike recurring property taxes, this is a one-time levy calculated on the Higher Value between your Agreement Value (Sale Price) and the Government Ready Reckoner Rate.
